Kathryn Martens is an accomplished leadership strategist and executive coach with over 35 years in leadership, change management, mentoring, and coaching.

 

Her special interest is how neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism, affects leadership. She knows what works and what doesn't.

 

Coupled with her experience, Kathryn brings a unique blend of compassion, inspiration, and practical insights. She has an uncanny knack of uncovering the real issues and finding solutions that break old cycles, leading to lasting change and productive workplace cultures.
